The SD6 Democratic convention is happening as we speak. There aren’t that many people here, but a lot of candidates and electeds. I’ve posted some photos of those who’ve spoken so far. Congress-person SheilaJL even called straight from D.C. to tell everyone that she’s working the whip for Healthcare reform. It’s always good to see the same faces representing our district and neighborhoods.
Then consensus is that we need to get people to the polls in November, and get Democrats in control of the State.
