UH-D Name Change: A Question of Class and Race

I have a serious problem with the way UH-D is being represented in the media, and none of the people being interviewed in these articles seem to have the wherewithal to correct the reporters when they make asinine assumptions. Just because UH-D is an open enrollment university, does not mean that it is second rate anything. Students, faculty, and staff are doing amazing things with the scraps that UH gives us.
